Information We Collect
We collect account information such as name, email address, authentication details, email confirmation status, workspace membership, user roles, account preferences, notification preferences, and security-related account activity.
When customers purchase subscriptions, renew subscriptions, update payment methods, or purchase quota top-ups, we collect billing profile details such as company name, billing address, country, ZIP or postal code, invoice information, order history, subscription status, auto-renewal settings, and payment-related references.
We also process product data submitted by users, including addresses, coordinates, uploaded CSV files, generated reports, report PDFs, projects, properties, shared report links, API keys, API requests, quota usage, dashboard usage, operational audit records, and support communications.
Third-Party Sign-In
If you choose to register or sign in with Google or Microsoft, TrueViewly receives basic account information from that provider, such as your email address, name, and provider account identifier. We use this information only to create, authenticate, secure, and manage your TrueViewly account.
TrueViewly does not request access to Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Microsoft OneDrive, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or other provider product data as part of the standard sign-in flow. We do not sell Google or Microsoft user data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except where necessary to operate, secure, or support the TrueViewly service.
You can stop using third-party sign-in by managing your TrueViewly account settings, contacting support, or removing TrueViewly access from your Google Account or Microsoft account permissions page. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize eligible account data unless retention is required for billing, security, legal, tax, or operational reasons.
Location And Report Data
TrueViewly generates location intelligence outputs from user-provided location inputs and available datasets. Report data may include address or coordinate information, risk scores, evidence summaries, recommendations, data-source findings, confidence notes, and exported PDF content.
Customers are responsible for deciding which locations to submit and who should have access to generated reports or shared report links.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. TrueViewly does not store full card numbers or card security codes. We may store Stripe customer, payment method, setup intent, payment intent, subscription, invoice, charge, and order identifiers so we can complete purchases, support auto-renewal, issue invoices, process manual renewals, remove saved payment methods, and assist with billing support.
Billing address and invoice information may be stored in TrueViewly records because it is needed for invoices, order history, support, tax or accounting records, and payment-method update flows.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the service, create and secure accounts, generate reports, manage workspaces, enforce roles and permissions, process uploads, support API access, enforce quotas, process payments, send transactional emails, maintain invoices, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
We may also use operational data to understand product usage, detect failed jobs or payments, investigate suspicious activity, maintain audit records, and improve the quality and stability of the platform.
Emails And Communications
TrueViewly may send transactional emails related to registration, account security, email confirmation, invoices, subscription renewals, failed payments, auto-renewal events, payment-method changes, support requests, and service notices.
Where email preferences are available, you can manage supported notification settings from the product. Some transactional or security-related messages may still be sent when necessary to operate the service.
Cookies And Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session security, browser-session controls, fraud prevention, cart and checkout behavior, user preferences, and product functionality. Security-sensitive flows may use rate limiting, captcha, audit logging, and other abuse-prevention controls.
Blocking required cookies may prevent login, checkout, account management, or other product features from working correctly. Optional cookies, such as analytics or optional preferences, are controlled through the Cookie Policy and cookie settings panel.
Service Providers
TrueViewly uses third-party service providers for payment processing, email delivery, hosting, storage, queue processing, analytics or monitoring, authentication, infrastructure security, and data processing needed to provide reports. These providers process information only as needed to support the service.
Examples of provider-supported functions include payment collection, card update flows, invoice delivery, transactional email, infrastructure hosting, application monitoring, and report generation workflows.
Sharing Information
We do not sell customer report data. We may share information with service providers, payment processors, professional advisors, legal or regulatory authorities where required, or as needed to protect TrueViewly, our customers, or the public from fraud, abuse, security risk, or unlawful activity.
Workspace users may be able to see information within a workspace depending on their role. Shared report links may allow recipients to view report content outside the workspace when a customer chooses to share them.
Data Retention
We retain account, billing, report, usage, support, and audit information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and operate reliable systems.
Some records, such as invoices, payment references, audit logs, and security events, may be retained after account closure where necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, legal defense, or operational integrity.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account, workspace, billing, and report information. These safeguards include permission checks, secure payment handling through Stripe, session controls, rate limiting, audit records, and administrative access controls.
No system is perfectly secure. Customers should protect passwords, limit workspace access to trusted users, rotate API keys when needed, and avoid sending secrets or full payment card details through support channels.
Your Choices And Requests
You can manage account settings, email preferences, subscriptions, payment methods, API keys, shared links, and workspace access from the product where available. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection related to certain personal information.
For privacy requests, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and account ownership before completing a request. Some information may need to be retained where required for billing, security, legal, tax, or operational reasons.
Children
TrueViewly is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to TrueViewly, contact us so we can review the request.
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, legal requirements, service providers, or data practices change. When we make material updates, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
