Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations, renewals, refunds, payment methods, and quota top-ups are handled.

Billing policy

TrueViewly sells digital subscription access, generated reports, and usage quota for current-cycle workflows. This policy is written to make billing expectations clear before purchase.

Subscription Access

Subscriptions provide access for the selected billing cycle. Monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans renew yearly when auto-renewal is enabled and a valid payment method is available.

Subscription access is attached to the workspace created or renewed for the purchase. A new paid subscription creates a paid workspace; renewal extends the existing subscription cycle for the applicable workspace.

Auto-Renewal

You can turn auto-renewal on or off from the Subscriptions page. Turning auto-renewal off prevents the next automatic renewal but does not remove access already paid for during the current cycle.

When auto-renewal is enabled, TrueViewly may attempt renewal before the subscription expires. Monthly subscriptions may be renewed close to the end of the monthly cycle, while annual subscriptions may be renewed earlier to provide more time to resolve payment issues before expiration.

Payment Methods

Saved payment methods are handled through Stripe. TrueViewly does not store full card numbers or card security codes. A saved payment method may be used for auto-renewal or supported manual renewal flows for the subscription it is linked to.

You may update or remove a saved payment method where available in the product. Removing a saved payment method does not cancel the subscription by itself, but it may prevent future automatic renewal unless another valid method is added.

Cancellation

Cancellation or disabling auto-renewal takes effect at the end of the active paid period unless otherwise stated. The workspace remains available until the paid cycle expires, subject to plan limits, account status, and the terms of service.

After a paid cycle expires, access to paid functionality may stop or be limited. Reports and workspace data may remain visible or retained according to product behavior, data-retention rules, and applicable service policies.

Refunds

Because TrueViewly provides digital access, generated report outputs, workspace usage, API access, bulk processing, and quota-based workflows, payments are generally non-refundable once a subscription, report, API request, bulk upload row, or quota top-up has been used.

If you believe a payment was made in error, duplicated, charged after cancellation, affected by a technical issue, or not delivered as expected, contact support and we will review the request in good faith. Approval of a refund is not guaranteed and may depend on usage, timing, billing history, payment-provider status, and the nature of the issue.

Monthly And Annual Plans

Monthly plans are intended for shorter billing commitments and renew each month when auto-renewal is enabled. Annual plans provide access for a full annual cycle and renew yearly when auto-renewal is enabled.

Unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise, unused time in a monthly or annual billing cycle is not automatically refunded when auto-renewal is disabled, a workspace is no longer used, or a customer chooses not to continue using the service.

Quota Top-Ups

Quota top-ups are purchased for the selected workspace and current billing cycle. They may apply to manual lookups, bulk upload rows, API requests, or other supported usage buckets shown in the product.

Top-ups do not change the subscription plan, do not create a new subscription, do not renew automatically, and do not carry over after the cycle ends unless expressly stated in the product. Used top-ups are not refundable. Unused top-ups are generally non-refundable because they reserve additional current-cycle digital capacity.

Failed Auto-Renewal

If an automatic renewal fails, we may notify you by email and show a billing attention message in the product. You can update the payment method or renew manually where available.

If payment is not resolved before expiration, the subscription may expire and paid workspace access may be interrupted. We recommend keeping billing contact details and saved payment methods up to date.

Duplicate Or Accidental Purchases

If you believe you purchased the wrong plan, created an accidental duplicate order, selected the wrong workspace, or were charged more than once, contact us as soon as possible. Include enough information for us to find the order and review usage before deciding what can be corrected.

Chargebacks And Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge through your bank or card provider, access to the affected subscription, workspace, order, or payment method may be limited while the dispute is reviewed. Contacting support first is usually the fastest way to resolve accidental or technical billing issues.

How To Request Billing Help

For billing help, email [email protected] with your account email, order number, workspace name, subscription reference, invoice reference, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers or card security codes.
