Service Overview

TrueViewly provides workspace-based location intelligence tools, including manual location lookup, generated reports, report storage, PDF exports, projects, properties, shared report links, team access, bulk upload processing, API access, subscriptions, renewal flows, invoices, and quota top-ups.

The service is intended to help customers organize and review location-related signals before property, portfolio, lending, insurance, development, operations, or due-diligence decisions move forward.

Reports And Dataset Limits

Reports are informational decision-support outputs based on available datasets, configured scoring models, and user-provided inputs such as addresses, coordinates, files, or API requests. Reports may include hydrology, severe weather, wildfire, earthquake, landslide, environmental, community, terrain, rainfall, soil, and other location-context signals where available.

Reports are not engineering opinions, insurance determinations, lending decisions, legal advice, government approvals, property certifications, emergency warnings, appraisals, environmental site assessments, geotechnical investigations, or guarantees that a location is safe or unsafe.

Data coverage, source freshness, public-record availability, geocoding accuracy, model assumptions, and third-party dataset limits may affect report results. Users are responsible for verifying important findings with qualified professionals and authoritative sources before relying on a report for material decisions.

Accounts And Workspaces

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity in your account or workspace. Account sharing, attempts to bypass browser-session limits, unauthorized API-key sharing, abuse, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the service are not permitted.

Workspaces are used to separate subscriptions, reports, projects, properties, team access, API keys, billing actions, and usage. Workspace owners are responsible for inviting the right users, assigning appropriate roles, and removing users who should no longer have access.

Subscriptions And Billing

Paid plans are billed in USD on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the option selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge shown during checkout and agree to the applicable plan, billing cycle, renewal terms, usage limits, and taxes or fees shown where applicable.

When auto-renewal is enabled, TrueViewly may use the saved Stripe payment method for future renewals. Auto-renewal can be managed from the Subscriptions page. If auto-renewal is disabled or payment fails, access may expire at the end of the paid cycle unless the subscription is renewed manually.

Invoices and order confirmations may be sent by email and made available through the product. You are responsible for keeping billing contact information and payment methods accurate.

Quota And Top-Ups

Plans include usage limits for supported workflows, such as manual lookups, bulk upload rows, API requests, or other plan features. Usage is tracked by workspace and billing cycle where applicable.

Workspace owners may purchase quota top-ups for the current billing cycle, including manual lookup, bulk upload, or API request packs. Top-ups are attached to the selected workspace cycle and do not change the subscription plan, create a new subscription, or carry over after the applicable cycle ends unless expressly stated in the product.

Acceptable Use

You may not use TrueViewly for unlawful activity, credential sharing, unauthorized access, security testing without permission, reverse engineering, excessive automated requests, high-volume abuse, resale without authorization, misleading or fraudulent activity, or any use that violates third-party rights or applicable laws.

You may not upload files, submit addresses, generate reports, share links, or use API requests in a way that infringes privacy rights, violates contractual restrictions, compromises security, or attempts to discover confidential information you are not authorized to process.

Customer Content

You retain responsibility for the addresses, coordinates, files, project information, properties, notes, API requests, and other content you submit to TrueViewly. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content and use the resulting reports.

TrueViewly may process customer content to provide the service, generate reports, enforce permissions and quotas, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, provide support, and improve reliability.

Shared Reports

Shared report links are intended for controlled collaboration. If you share a report outside your organization or workspace, you are responsible for ensuring that the recipient is allowed to view the report and any location information it contains.

TrueViewly may limit, revoke, or disable shared access if we believe a link is being misused, creates security concerns, or violates these terms.

Service Availability And Changes

We work to keep TrueViewly available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, third-party provider issues, security events, or circumstances outside our control.

We may modify, add, suspend, or remove features when needed to improve the product, maintain security, comply with legal or provider requirements, or operate the service responsibly. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption to active customers.

Suspension Or Termination

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account, workspace, API key, payment method, report, shared link, or usage pattern violates these terms, creates security risk, causes service disruption, or may expose TrueViewly or other users to harm.

You may stop using the service at any time. Cancellation and refund handling are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Support

Support requests can be sent to [email protected]. Include your account email, workspace name, order number, report reference, API request reference, or screenshot when relevant. Do not include passwords, full payment card details, or secrets in support messages.
