What is a workspace?
A workspace keeps its own reports, subscription, quotas, team access, and billing history. It helps separate work across teams, clients, or portfolios.
When do quotas refresh?
Free manual checks reset on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC. Paid workspace quotas refresh monthly on a cycle anchored to the subscription start or renewal date, including annual subscriptions. Your workspace shows the exact reset dates. Unused included quota does not roll over.
Does annual billing change my monthly allowance?
No. Annual billing changes when you pay, not how much monthly quota is available. The annual total is charged for the year; the monthly equivalent is a comparison, not a monthly payment.
Which plan includes API access?
Business API is the API-enabled plan. Free and Essentials are for manual screening; Professional adds bulk uploads, not API access. API batches use API report-generation quota, separate from CSV bulk-upload rows. The cards show the currently configured included capacity.
Can I add capacity with a top-up?
Workspace owners can buy available top-up packs for an included workflow on an active paid subscription. A top-up belongs to that workspace and its current monthly quota cycle. Unused top-up capacity expires at the cycle end; it does not carry into the next cycle or enable a workflow missing from the plan.
Can I use a report as an official decision?
No. Reports are informational screening outputs. Confirm material findings through official records and the appropriate qualified professionals.
